Kelowna / Washer repair
Washer not draining, spinning, filling, or finishing a cycle. Describe the symptom, and Local Fix Match will organize the details into a request for possible independent-provider review.
Start your requestA clear washer repair request identifies the last stage that works, whether water remains in the drum or reaches the floor, and any sound or fault code.
Type or dictate the problem, then add useful details and photos.
Before you request
Do not open panels, bypass a safety switch, move a heavy appliance, or test live electrical or gas components.
Make the first handoff useful
Stop using the washer if water reaches electrical connections, the machine moves violently, or there is a burning smell, smoke, sparking, or shock risk.
Central Okanagan coverage
The form currently accepts addresses in Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, and Peachland. A submitted request may be reviewed or shared with a participating independent provider, but submission does not guarantee a match or response.

Include the service postal code and any condo, strata, parking, elevator, or appliance-access notes that could affect a visit.

Local Fix Match organizes the appliance repair details you submit into a request for review. It is not the repair contractor. A submitted request may be reviewed or shared with a participating independent provider, but submission does not guarantee a match or response.
If a provider chooses to respond, that provider confirms availability, timing, diagnosis, price, and service terms directly with you. Read our plain-language explanation of provider independence.
Not sure what to include? Open the printable appliance repair request checklist for model details, codes, safe photos, prior work, and access notes. If the appliance is older or has needed repeated work, read the repair-or-replace guide.
Common questions
Avoid tipping or opening anything that can release water unexpectedly. Describe the stage that failed and the water level so a provider can plan the next step.
Not when there is leaking, a burning smell, violent movement, or an electrical concern. Otherwise, a fault code and a precise description are usually more useful than repeated restarts.
If an independent provider responds, that provider confirms diagnostic charges, estimates, availability, and service terms. Local Fix Match does not set the repair price.
