Provider marketplace

Provider marketplace agreement.

Effective August 18, 2026. This agreement is between the provider applicant or approved provider (“Provider”) and DataMCP LLC, operator of Local Fix Match.

Independent business

Provider operates independently and is not an employee, worker, partner, franchisee, agent, or representative of DataMCP LLC. Approval is not an endorsement, manufacturer authorization, warranty, or promise of work. Provider controls whether to accept a request and is responsible for its personnel, tools, travel, taxes, permits, estimates, pricing, work, parts, warranties, safety, and customer contract.

Application and continuing accuracy

Provider must submit accurate and current legal identity, business registration, service area, repair scope, phone, insurance, municipal licence, WorkSafeBC status, and regulated-trade credentials where applicable. Provider must promptly update expired or changed information and must not accept work outside its legal qualifications, insurance, permits, or competence.

Document authorization

For each uploaded document, Provider confirms authority to submit it and authorizes DataMCP LLC to review the file and verify its status with the issuing authority, insurer, registry, WorkSafeBC, municipality, or another relevant organization. DataMCP LLC may retain review evidence and decision records as described in the Privacy Notice. Verification of one document is not final marketplace approval.

Minimum marketplace requirements

Unless DataMCP LLC approves a documented exception, marketplace activation requires verified phone and email access, a verified business-registration or identity-verification record, current commercial liability insurance, service coverage, selected repair categories, and all credentials required for regulated work. Additional municipal, safety, or insurance evidence may be required by location or scope.

Lead access and payment

Before checkout, Local Fix Match shows the complete platform price for access to the request, with applicable tax identified at checkout. Payment unlocks the information reasonably needed to pursue that request only after a valid signed payment confirmation. A purchase does not guarantee customer response, booking, revenue, suitability, access to a property, or successful repair.

Customer information

Provider may use customer information only to evaluate, coordinate, and fulfil the purchased request. Provider must restrict access to personnel who need it, apply reasonable safeguards, report suspected unauthorized access, and delete local copies when no longer required. Provider must not sell, scrape, enrich, publish, export in bulk, market to, or reuse customer information for unrelated purposes.

Communications and recordings

Provider must use a Local Fix Match proxy channel when supplied and must not exploit hidden information to bypass the platform. Calls may be recorded only after required notice and consent. If a participant does not consent, Provider must use the available non-recorded account or support channel. Provider must follow applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, privacy, and recording laws.

Customer service obligations

Before work begins, Provider must identify its business, explain diagnostic or travel charges, provide required estimates and disclosures, obtain necessary authorization, follow safety and consumer-protection rules, and explain parts and workmanship terms. Provider must not claim a licence, authorization, warranty, price, arrival time, part availability, review, or coverage it cannot substantiate.

Insurance, licences, and records

Provider must maintain insurance and qualifications appropriate to every accepted job and provide updated evidence on request. DataMCP LLC may suspend regulated scopes or the full account when a document expires, cannot be verified, is rejected, or conflicts with public records. Provider remains solely responsible for determining whether a licence, permit, certification, registration, or WorkSafeBC obligation applies.

Enforcement and termination

DataMCP LLC may request corrections, restrict a repair scope, suspend or terminate access, revoke a listing or purchase, preserve relevant evidence, or cooperate with regulators and law enforcement when reasonably necessary. False documents, unsafe work, privacy misuse, payment abuse, or platform circumvention may result in immediate suspension.

Acceptance and changes

Required acceptance is recorded with the account, notice version, timestamp, channel, and security metadata. Checkboxes are not preselected. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Marketing consent and any high-sensitivity background or identity check are separate from this agreement.
