Platform role

Local Fix Match organizes repair requests and may make them available to independent repair providers. DataMCP LLC is not the repair contractor, employer, franchisor, manufacturer, insurer, guarantor, or agent of a provider. A request does not guarantee a response, match, appointment, diagnosis, price, arrival time, or successful repair.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and use the service for legitimate household-repair coordination. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, abusive, automated, or security-testing content; impersonate another person; upload malware; or attempt to access another account or private record.

Independent provider relationship

A provider independently decides whether to respond and is responsible for qualifications, licences, insurance, permits, estimates, taxes, appointments, workmanship, parts, warranties, safety, refunds, and legal compliance. Confirm all material service terms directly with the provider before authorizing work.

Accounts and verification

You are responsible for access to your email, phone, and account sessions. Verification indicators show that a particular channel or submitted record completed the stated check; they are not an endorsement, guarantee, background check, or warranty.

Communications and recordings

We may send operational email, SMS, or WhatsApp messages needed to verify an account, coordinate a request, report status, or protect the service. Marketing consent is separate. Calls may be processed through Retell or Twilio and recorded only after required notice and consent; an alternative channel must be used when a participant does not consent. Retell call data, recordings, transcripts, and analyses and Twilio call and recording resources may be retained for up to 12 months for verification, coordination, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, and audit. Deleting an account does not delete these call records before that retention period ends.

Content and licence

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant DataMCP LLC a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and disclose it only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and document the service and meet legal obligations.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. DataMCP LLC is not responsible for an independent provider’s acts, omissions, representations, work, pricing, property access, or contractual obligations.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, enforce these terms, or address inaccurate credentials or payment misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

Privacy and changes

The Privacy Notice explains personal-information handling. Material changes will be dated and, where required, presented for renewed acceptance. Continued use cannot replace consent where applicable law requires an express choice.
